Being a CEO means you need to be constantly ahead of the curve, and in order to speed up the process, many leaders employ the help of SaaS coaching services to provide a clear path from one stage to another. This saves you the costly process of learning everything by trial and error.
Below, I’ve compiled a list of SaaS coaches and coaching programs that assist founders at any stage in the process, whether you’re a new startup or a well-established business.
SaaS Coaching Services
The process starts when you schedule a free growth session with one of his SaaS Scale Specialists to identify:
- What has and what has not worked for your business
- What is keeping your business from growing
- What plan will work best to solve the problem
During this call, you will also receive a cost estimate.
You must complete an application to ensure you are a good fit for each other. This service is best suited for SaaS founders with monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of $10K or more, a functioning product, and paying customers.
Natalie has two programs available at different price points. SaaS Team Accelerator is her high-ticket program, and she limits participation to ten SaaS founders per round. It’s first come, first serve and costs $997.
In this four-week program, you will:
- Perform a self-assessment.
- Learn why your team is underperforming.
- Develop an action plan with frameworks, templates, and guides to help increase your team’s performance.
- Discover how to motivate your team.
- And benefit from Q&A time after each session.
SaaS Boss Mastermind is for bootstrapped founders with $1K or more in MRR. If you don’t meet this criterion, you can request to join the waitlist.
This SaaS founders coaching program segments subscribers by MRR into mastermind groups. Benefits include:
- Weekly mastermind groups where you can connect with other SaaS founders who earn similar revenues.
- Monthly themed discussions and live Q&A with industry experts.
- Access to a private community forum.

You can subscribe two ways — $39 monthly or $390 annually. She provides a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Natalie also runs a podcast with 40+ free episodes full of actionable advice for SaaS leaders, offers a resource list of more than 150 tools to accelerate and streamline your SaaS growth, and writes helpful posts on her blog.
Matt offers two different programs in addition to a free 20-minute crash course. The first program is the SaaS Masterclass for startups and early-stage SaaS companies looking to get to $1M revenue quickly.
The program includes six modules in which you work directly with Matt. You will have access to private events and a community where you can connect with other driven SaaS founders in the program. The price is not listed on the website, so you will need to book a Breakthrough Session for more information.
The second program is designed for growth-stage companies looking to improve consistency and close rates. Throughout the program, Matt will perform several audits.
- In the Full Buyer Journal Review, Matt will review your business to discover what is working and what’s not.
- In the Competitive Review, he’ll take a look at your closest competition to see what they’re offering your target audience.
- For the Team Member Review, he’ll connect with each of your team members to look for any opportunities for improvement.
- Last, he will perform a detailed analysis of response times, terminology, methods used, and prospects’ feelings and emotions.
Just like his other program, there’s no cost listed, but you can schedule a Breakthrough Session through his website.
This SaaS coaching program is for CEOs who are doing the chief marketing officer (CMO) job on the side, CEOs who want a foundation in marketing before hiring a marketing team, and CMOs who are new to the job and want to get up to speed.
CMO Coach is a hands-on coaching program that teaches you how to build a strong marketing strategy through practical advice and assignments. Every week, participants will meet with SaaS coaches. There’s no cost listed on the website, but you can schedule a consultation.
This program is not just for founders but also for finance teams, accounting teams, and anyone who wants to know more about SaaS economics.
